A 4-WEEK GUIDED EXPERIENCE · THE TRUDGE THERAPIST
For anyone moving through a major life transition - and ready to build a life they can finally call their own.
A marriage ends. A parent dies. The last child leaves. A career you built your identity around stops fitting. Or nothing obvious happens at all - and you simply wake up no longer sure the life you're living is one you'd choose again.
There's grief in that gap. And almost no one teaches us how to move through it. The Turning does - gently, at a pace your nervous system can actually work with.
Self-paced · Lifetime access · A gentle experience, not therapy

And still - quietly, persistently - something in you knows it isn't that simple.
Maybe you've done the right things. Held it together. Kept moving. And underneath, there's a weight you can't quite explain and a question you can't quite answer: who am I now, on the other side of this?
That weight has a name. It's grief - not just for a person, but for a future that won't happen the way you thought, a version of yourself you didn't get to be, a life you were certain you'd have by now.
You don't need to get over it. You need someone to walk beside you while you move through it.
"I don't stand above you. I trudge beside you."
The Turning is a self-paced, four-week guided experience built from nearly twenty years of clinical work and lived experience. Each week unlocks one step at a time - because real change moves at the pace of the psyche, not the pace of the world.
Every week includes a short introduction, a written lesson, and one or more guided audio practices you can return to anytime. There's no right way to do this. Nothing is graded. Nothing is submitted. You simply show up for yourself, at your own pace.
Week 1
Before anything heals, it deserves to be witnessed.
Week 2
Two things can be true at once.
Week 3
Grief lives in the body - and the body knows how to move it.
Week 4
Not instead of the grief - alongside it.
Nearly two decades of clinical work, distilled into something you can actually use - at your own pace, for the cost of a single session.
Bonus One — Regrets and Resets
A guided video series on turning regret into a reset - the four kinds of regret we carry, and how to choose again through the Power of the Redo. Includes a downloadable companion workbook to deepen your reflection.
Bonus Two — Breathe to Regulate Your Nervous System
A 23-minute guided breathwork session leading you through seven simple patterns to calm, reset, and recenter - from a grounded diaphragm reset to breath geometry to extended exhales and humming. A practice you can return to anytime your system feels stuck in survival.
The Turning is not a crisis service or a replacement for therapy. If you're in acute distress, please reach out to a licensed professional or a crisis line. This is a gentle, self-paced companion for the long work of rebuilding.

I'm Ken Caselden, a licensed clinical professional counselor with nearly twenty years of experience and the author of The Trudge Paradox. I built the Trudge framework not from a textbook, but from my own road - two divorces, burnout, and the slow, honest work of rebuilding a life I could finally call my own.
By day I sat with clients in their hardest moments. By night I was asking the same questions they were. The Turning is what I wish someone had handed me back then - a gentle, guided way through.
