Today, I serve as a transformational guide and educator, helping individuals reconnect with their inner strength and nervous system wisdom through the Trudge Paradox—a framework that blends breathwork, movement, nervous system education, and meaningful mindset shifts to guide people from alone to alive.
Through my own journey of healing, loss, and rediscovery, I’ve come to believe that most people don’t need to be “fixed”—they need to feel safe enough to be fully seen. I’ve devoted years to learning how to hold that kind of space, where your body, mind, and spirit are invited to speak without interruption—and be heard with compassion.
I no longer believe control is the answer. Drawing on the wisdom of ancient texts and modern science, I help people learn how to meet the moment, breathe with it, and trudge forward with presence and purpose—one step at a time.
In addition to my professional counseling background, I hold certifications as a Yoga Instructor and Breathwork Facilitator. My work is grounded in practices that regulate the nervous system, awaken authentic identity, and help people move through—not just manage—life’s pain and paradoxes.
When I’m not guiding others, I’m embracing my own practices of mindfulness and meaning through distance running, writing, forest bathing, stargazing, and exploring the beautiful mess of being human.
