A: It's the moment you realize two seemingly opposite things can both be true. You're hurting -- and healing. You're uncertain -- and still moving forward. You're grieving -- and growing.

Do I need to be "broken" or in crisis to benefit from this?

A: Not at all. Many people come to The Trudge Framework when they feel stuck, burnt out, betrayed, or disconnected from themselves — not broken, but deeply ready to reclaim their life.

Is this therapy or coaching?
